The hardware is identical; there might be some small software differences, though. I can't remember which -- you might want to try a search.

Arcsoft photobase(I THINK thats the name) is the only difference as far as I know.
Its included with the 805 and not with the 800.

Yep, ArcSoft PhotoBase seems to be the only difference listed in the spec PDF (http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/product/pdf_files/detailed_specs/pocketpc_e800.pdf).
