So's i found a open box e805 at my local Circuit city..end up finally going there and i picked that out and a 512cf card..Get to the checkout and once were all done i started to play and noticed the wifi switch was broke and that the screen doesn't even respond to my stylus!! These are so hard to find by me..is anyone able to tell me what the 405 can do compared to it? Is the 805 that much better? I wasn't always sure if the 405 had vga capablities and just guessed(and hoped) that the 805 had wifi and the 405 doesnt! What a horrible day..

tbo,

the e400 and the e800 Pocket PC's share a similar heritage, but have vastly different capabilities. the e800 has built in 802.11 WiFi, a CF and a SDIO slot, a 4" VGA screen and 128MB of RAM. the e400 doesn not have any built in wireless capabilities, a SDIO slot, a 3.5" QVGA screen and 64MB of RAM.

i think that the e800 is a better Pocket PC for what I need to do. however, if you're looking for a budget Pocket PC, the e400 isn't bad.
