I want to control my laptop, with my pocket pc, but I'm poor :)

Any ways of doing that?

you can use terminal services or VNC for full control.
if you need to control only specific software like winamp there are programs written for that.
what exactly do you want to control?

The whole computer... I have Vnc on my pocket pc, and for the laptop, but, it's not connecting to it :( *SigH* very annoying

why dont you try terminal services? AFAIK they have similar functionality.
