Pocket Pc Software to act as a time clock

is there any pocket pc software that you can activate and it will start a time stamp and then press stop and it will end the time stamp. I could use it as an IT person. You could enter the rate of pay and it could calculate how much the clients owes you based on the time you worked. And then it could export to a pdf or text file and upload to your computer?

I don't use any of these kinds of applications, but there are quite a few. I'd recommend going to www.handango.com and searching for the terms "time" and "bill." That will bring up several very good options.
