Tracking Device

Is there some sort of tracking device that works with GPS? So like I can track my car, wife or thieving ass crackhead cousin who keeps stealing my stuff?

Deluo sells a passive tracker (http://www.deluoelectronics.com/customer/product.php?productid=21&cat=1&page=1) that should do the trick. Active tracking will be much more expensive.

actually that's pretty cool since it doubles as a bluetooth gps receiver

but i'm looking for something smaller. something small like socket's or globalsat's bt gps receiver
