can i use an hp ipaq 1945 for wireless services such as browsing the web? if u can, what do i need to buy.

Yes, but there are a number of ways to do it (integrated Bluetooth vs. SDIO WiFi). If you can explain a bit more where and when you want to surf, we can probably help you out. :)

well i want to as soon as possible, an like when im out of the house, sometimes when im n the house also

this makes bluetooth out of discussion.
you have 2 choices:
1) buy a SD-WI card and a wireless adapter to your computer. have 300+ meters range. this will cost you about 200 $
2) buy a BT enabled mobile phone and couple with your 1945. this way you can surf the web where you have a reception.

ithink iam going to just save money an buy a bluetooth dongle for when iam in the house. i have a tmobile sidekick anyway an i can just use that for the web when iam not at home

BT is easy to set up and use, but you may be disappointed because the range is not too long. its ideal to use in the same room or the next room but not downstairs
