I strongly suspect the rw6100 series is the new name for the h6300 series. Rather than me re-writing all my reasons for why I believe this, I hope you won't mind if I just post a link to my article where I list them:

Nice article there. :D

I thought that the "rw" in rw6100 might stand for "review" and hence imply that the h6310 has been revised in some way. Most likely software wise with a late added support for EDGE and/or upgraded to WM2003 SE. This could lead to the device maybe coming out a bit later than planned internally by HP? Just a thought...

(Btw, does the FCC have to test internal software revisions of an approved device or?)

I wonder if it still has the 200 MHz processor. As the earlier BH article pointed out, the slower processor would increase battery life. But I would prefer a fast processor with a slowdown option.

I wonder if it'll be unlocked??? (i.e. able to use with Cingular??? :D )

Looks like Rudolf (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=3662) has posted some specs for 4 future iPaqs in the HP iPAQ Pocket PCs (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=16) forum. Now I'd just like to know how true those are and when we'll start seeing them.

The photo looks extremely doctored.. :roll:Take a look at the source (http://www.ipaqabilities.com/iaforums/viewtopic.php?t=181) - they show how to find it on the T-Mobile site. Doubt it's a fake.

I logged into my T-Mobile acct. earlier today and it was there. Looks like someone from T-Mobile found out cause I just tried to view it again and it's now gone from their website.

I find it weird why they didn't do a screenshot? They did it for the hp site right?/

Ummmm you dont get it do you. If they had the smoking gun why wouldnt they take a screenshot of the page? Kind of weird to see some sort of doctored photo with TMobiles logo right? 8O

T-Mobile is probably planning on selling the iPaq soon, and apparently put it up on their site. Several people have verified iPAQabilities's claims of where it is found on the T-Mobile site. Why would T-Mobile take a screenshot of where they found the picture?

You're pretty skeptical Dave. But, I guess it's one of those things you have to see for yourself. I've been to the top of the mountain! lol I can tell you that the pic and info that ipaqabilities posted came directly from T-Mobile's website. Oh well...

There has always been a lot of scepticism regarding rumoured pocketpc's, but I have still to hear one which has not been largely true. Even pictures people were sure were doctored (with a lot of purported evidence) were real in the end.

I cached the page yesterday and it is available here:

The only modifications I made were the location of the image and CSS files in the page.
