In EU site it shows:
* INTERNAL_VIDEO_MODES_AVAILABLE *
resolution : 240 x 320 (QVGA) , maximum number of colours : 65,536
resolution : 480 x 640 (VGA) , maximum number of colours : 65,536
resolution : user switchable

But it you try to order from UK site it only shows:
The following internal video modes are supported:
resolution : 240 x 320 , maximum number of colours : 65,536
resolution : 320 x 240 , maximum number of colours : 65,536

I would have to think that this is a misprint......the base e80x is a VGA capable screen.....I don't think they would "downgrade" it.....

If you buy the e800 with WM2003 First Edition, it doesn't "officially" support the VGA mode that the screen is capable of. My suspicion is that's what the webpage is conveying. An upgrade to Second Edition (which I believe is downloadable right now from the Toshiba Europe site) or the installation of one or more hacks will "unlock" that functionality.

Or download MyVGA at www.pocketpctools.com and unlock its full potential.
