I'm somewhat at the end of my rope here. I'm afflicted with clinical depression and am on my nth round of new meds. It's hard to remember the details of every day when going in to the doctor, so I thought I would track mood levels along with several other things....like the times I take dosages, other meds I take that day, weather, etc.
I tried a demo of SprintDB in the hopes of building my own...but realized that it would take time and energy that I don't have to create it. I'm making do with an Excel spreadsheet, but I keep having to change columns and values to try and get a chart that gives some sort of coherent info (haven't gotten it yet.)
I did a Google search and came up with this (http://www.healthengage.com/healthengagedepression.html), but it is way out of my price range (I've emailed them about just a Pocket PC version, but haven't heard back yet). Can anyone point me to something that would work for me?
Here's a rough idea of what I'd like to keep track of:
Meds taken (both prescribed and OTC)
Times of dosages
Food Intake (meds taken with food? Y/N, food intake for day)
Sleep (good, fair, excellent, poor, how many hours, notes)
Weather (sunny, cloudy, raining, etc.)
I'd like to be able to...if possible...pull up a chart related to the data that would show some correlation between the different variables.
Any ideas?
