Pocket PC Life is on the Hunt Again-
On the lookout for Reviewers, Moderators and Managers.

Are you interested in PDAs and the Internet?
If so, we want to hear from you!
Pocket PC Life is recruiting Reviewers, Moderators and Managers to form a team to head up its new sites and current Pocket PC review site.
Pocket PC Life (www.pocketpclife.co.uk) is known worldwide as one of the premier review sites, with around 400,000 hits per day and 4000 unique visitors per day. It featured monthly in many global magazines (both online and offline) and works closely with high profile companies.
We are looking for Reviewers, Moderators and Managers .
So what is a Reviewer?
A Reviewer is a person that "reviews" a certain piece of PDA software/hardware and writes a small review or overview about it. (i.e whether it was good or bad, what you liked about it etc) It doesn't have to been a new product nor a particular type of Product (Pocket PC, Palm etc), just something that you and other readers are interested in. Reviews don't have to be a essay in length either. A few paragraphs, a overall conclusion and a few pictures is all that is required. All submissions are paid per review with the best reviewer receiving a bonus each month. Any software/hardware you review you are normally able to keep. And the biggest bonus of all? Being able to see your name online! :-)
Moderators would oversee the reviewing process. This would involve: Keeping in contact with your team of reviewers, finding items to review, testing PDA items, emailing companies and uploading reviews. (Knowledge of HTML is helpful) In return for the "lists" of tasks, there is a monthly wage depending on your involvement with the site. If any Moderators post any of their own reviews, the reviewing payment is paid on top of their Moderator wage! ;)
And lastly, we are looking for Managers- the elite of PPCL.
People in these positions would control the day to day running of the site(s). It would include a fair amount of tasks such as posting news, reviews, organising giveaways, testing new items, attending product launches (if you like of course!), uploading reviews (Knowledge of HTML is helpful) and a few more things, but still gives you the same benefits of the other positions. People applying for these positions need to be very enthusiastic, trustworthy and reliable. In return for the "lists" of tasks, there is a large monthly wage depending on how well the site does during that month. If any Managers post any of their own reviews, the reviewing payment is paid on top of their Manager wage! ;)
Everyone who is on the PPCL team is rewarded and acknowledged for their efforts. The site is a team effort and we work as a team. We encourage any ideas and comments our team members have and always incorporate it into the site. Every member of the team receives certain benefits such as discounts, free items and a chance to develop new products with developers.
