I'm running Microsoft Pocket PC Phone 2003 on an i-mate XDAII.

I think I've correctly addressed my e-mail accounts in Pocket Outlook...and Pocket IE is working like a charm via a GPRS connection with my wireless provider. Why is it, then, that when I try to access an e-mail account via GPRS connection I receive the following error message:

Cannot Connect
Unable to connect: Ensure that your Workmodem is present and inserted correctly, and no network card present.
Settings

At one time, my Pocket Outlook was connecting just fine via GPRS. Then, my unit (all on its own) went through a hard reset. Since the hard reset, I've not been able to connect Pocket Outlook. Is there a setting within Pocket Outlook that I've got to "flip" in order to get it to "see" the GPRS connection?

Thanks very much.

I believe that in the accounts setup there is a setting that asks if you want the account to go through "Internet" or "Work" -- and this needs to correspond to the setup in the Connection Manager. Not sure that's your problem, but you should give it a quick check.
