Now that I have totally lost what little mind I have left to me, where in WM2003 can I find my MAC address? I have found it before but the heck if I can remember where...

:confused totally:

Don't think you can w/o a freeware app. I use My IpConfig.

There's also PocketDHCP (http://www.geocities.com/lincomatic/software.html). Direct link here (http://www.geocities.com/lincomatic/pocketdhcp.zip) in case that first stuff on the page about converting wireless nics scares you ;).

Go to Start> Settings> System> Asset Viewer and it should be listed there.

But that will only work for iPAQ users. Asset Viewer isn't a Microsoft control panel applet.

Sorry about that, I'm new! That's what I get for being new, I thought it was a Windows Mobile 2003 feature.

Other OEMs do often have their own equivalent, though. My e805 has a "System Information" applet.

I didn't know that Toshiba did that, but I seem to recall hearing about similar things.

Maybe it's just one more thing that Microsoft should standardize. Give OEMs a commonly named Control Panel applet that they can populate and let them run with it. Maybe Microsoft could even pre-load it with Windows CE-specific items.
