is there anyway to transfer files without sync software??

Hi...Here i am using a windows 2000 based computer but i don't have administrator priviliges so i cant use any sync software.i'm a toshiba e350 owner,Please let me know if there is anyway to transfer files from computer to ppc without using any sync software.

You can use a card reader on the PC to transfer files to the device...
