Using pocket pcs in the classroom

Hello. I am a social studies teacher who has tried to use pocket pcs in my classroom. I was curious as to whether or not there are other teachers out there that I can exchange ideas and lesson plans with - if you are out there, please e-mail me at [email protected] or respond to this post.

When ever i use my ppc in school teachers and deans get pissed. Even during lunch!

I am no longer in education, but when I taught English Lit I relied heavily on my ppc. I kept a copy of my lesson plans on my handheld. I made annotations in ms reader and mobi reader on the text I was teaching. Although I am sure it was easier for me to find a digital copy of Hamlet then it would be to find a Social Studies Text. I hooked my ppc up to speakers and played excerpts from books purchased though Audible. I made notes on presentations, so I was not bound to my desk.
