I have a question. What does 15% "more" off mean? Was there some set amount that was at discount already and now it is 15% above and beyond that? I just want some clarification.

Thanks for the reply! I am clear on the discount issue now. I went to place an order but found that regular 1st class mail delivery costs $5.95? I am just curious as to why a package (less than 1lb) would cost that much to ship 1st class.
