Hello,

I have a Compaq 3635. When I go to Settings--->About I get the following information:

Microsoft Pocket PC
Version 3.0.11171 (Build 11178)
1996-2001 Microsoft Corporation

Can you please tell me if this is the LATEST Operating System, and if not, which one is?

No it's not the newest. The newest is Windows Mobile PocketPC 2003. You cannot put the new OS on your machine.

the newest u can have is ppc2002

Hi

How do I check if I have PPC2002? or a previous version.

I know I had installed PPC2002 at one point, but not sure if it is still on there as I had some hardware issues on my PDA

As this page (http://www.cewindows.net/wce/versions.htm) explains, you have Pocket PC 2002. :)
