I want one but I don't need a watch so my wife won't let my buy it. That and the only beef I have is the fact that the watch needs a recharge almost every night. My current watch is almost 2 years old and is still on the same battery.
I'm wearing a Suunto, which needs a recharge every few days. It's certainly a different mindset than a regular watch - it's more like a PDA in that regard. That said, I've found it much less annoying to recharge than I initially expected. Among other things, I now never worry about using the backlight - which I always did on my old watches. ;)
serpico - as long as you don't need a bidirectional communicator, it's pretty useful. That's the big difference between a SPOT watch and a cellphone.
bgervin - the Calendar is indeed useful, and much more so than the Messenger support, which has about 10 minute latencies if you have good reception. The Outlook plugin for the Calendar works quite well.
