yeah that guy had some legal trouble. but these r cool

on second glance these only have the image of the iPod, so they could argue that, unless the scroll wheel does work

The wheel doesn't have scroll feature like those iPods (really hope WMP supports this feature though), it only responds to press (prev/next/stop/mute/play/pause).
