Now on a totally other matter. I saw that you own a toshiba E800 PPC. I also saw that you have it's extended battery. Can you give me/us some personal ideas ont his.

I ask because I recently bought myself an E800 too and i was wondering. That battery has double the power 2640mA instead of 1320mA. So I presume it lasts for double the time you use with the standard battery? Which is in my case just 1 full day. Or does it longer? And how long does it take to charge it? I presume the charging time is also doubled.

Or is it better to use a battery extender (perhaps less convenient)?

I haven't done precise tests. It lasts a very long time. Since I don't drain the battery down all the way, I haven't had very long charging times -- I just plug it in every few nights.

The only advantage to the battery extender I can see is that it won't make the e805 as thick - the extended battery is thicker than I expected. On the other hand, it's a separate piece...

Well I'm interest in your experiences with it.
Overall, I'm happy. The extended battery has essentially made me stop watching the battery life at all. It does make the unit a bit uncomfortable to pocket, though, which isn't a problem in my case as it goes in my bag most of the time. :)
