Fatal Application Error - Help.

I recently bought a skyscape reference 5MCC and it was working fine all morning but all of a sudden i get this error when trying to load the program. Short of a hard-reset, nothing seems to solve it.

Fatal Application error.
Application 5mcc-2004.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

Any ideas on how to solve this? I am eagerly awaiting skyscape's support reply. I really really want to get this working seeing i saved up a long time to buy this. Otherwise, I might request a refund.

My ppc is a toshi e310, installed on SD card with 35MB's left.

Unfortunately, that's too generic to draw much of any conclusion. Have you tried doing a scandisk/CHKDSK on your SD card on a desktop? I had some minor corruption once from an "improper" PPC reboot.
