Prices for the mpx, benqp70, hp 6300 and audiovox 4100

does anyone know roughly what the prices of these of the mpx, hp 6300, audiovox 4100 or benq p70 are going to be? (with or without activation). i want to know so that i can start saving up

dont expect any of them being below 450-500 $
but i dont find buying a device by the time it hits the market.

Any updates on this yet? It's clear to me my next purchase will be a PPC phone. But I need to start saving too. I'm not interested in an XDA or anything from T-mobile as it only has 32 M of memory. I realize I can add memory cards...but I want something with enough off the shelf memory to get me through the day.
