hi can anyone help my rubber grips on the side of my ppc have come off , I'm trying to get them replaced under the guarantee ,but if they don't does anyone know where i can buy some more

There are aluminum grips you screw in that you can also get, I don't remember where I found them but if you want I will find it and post the link. Thinking about picking those up for my 2215, they look neat :D

If your 2200 series is still under the 1-year warranty HP will replace them for free. They just sent me my second set!

In the support section of the HP website you can now make service and parts requests online. I used this feature last week to get my latest set of grips. It took 1 day for them to confirm the request, then the grips were sent out second-day air!

All without ever having to talk to a service representative.

Customer service that works - I like it!

1) Click the following link: HP iPaq 2210 Support Page (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Home.jsp?locale=en_US&prodTypeId=215348&prodSeriesId=322908&lang=en&cc=us)

2) Once on the above page, scroll down and click the "submit a service request" link, select your country, then register for a HP Passport username and password.

3) When submitting your request you will need both the Product # and Serial Number of your iPaq -- they can be found underneath the battery.
