I just wrote up a guide for DVD to Pocket PC file conversion. Please feel free to check it out and tell me what you think. Let me know of any details I left out or parts that are unclear. I'm going to get some screenshots of how this process compares to the comercial solutions soon. From what I've seen, it's very favorable. Of course, it should be, it's a lot of work! :D
