I want to use bluetooth connectivity for voice dialing on my XDA II. This will only work if my XDA II has voice recognition capability. I have searched the bronchure and all available literature about this device but none confrms this capability. Does any one know if XDA II has voice recognition capability? If none, is there any way I can create voice dialing with this machine?
Kay.

Thank you. I have tried microsoft voice command in the past but it does not work with XDA II. I wouldn't know if it will work with the new XDA II ROM.

It is a great weakness of the xda2 that you can not dial in any way without touching the actual device (unless you want to redial the last number called :( )

Even with a bluetooth headset, there is no built-in or 3rd party software that will allow you to do voice dialing like on any sony Ericcson phone etc.

Maybe one day 3rd party software will come along to correct this, and I understand the upcoming Motorola MPx (sometime towards the end of the year) will have proper voice dialing through bluetooth.

Still waiting for it though....
