Is it possible to connect
- 2.5" or 3.5" HDDs
- CD/DVD/CD-RW.. etc. devices
- USB connected external harddrive or CD/DVD drivers

to my hp ipaq 4155?

if yes how?
if no, is there any ppc that can support these?

no. but the toshiba 755 and 805 support some usb hdds

if first two of the choices are ide devices forget about them.
but the last one maybe could be done if you had a device with CF slot but sorry there is no way
