2003 is much much faster, and is alot easier to network

the two biggest things are speed and wireless. I am not sayingthat the wireless is flawless but just a big improvment over 2002.

Just as a counterpoint, a Pocket PC 2002-based device is still OK. :) My Samsung i700 runs Pocket PC 2002, and it does most of what I need.
