XDA II Active Sync

When I insert my XDA II into the cradle, I only get a window on the PC showing connected. With the XDA II in the cradle, if I click start and then active sync nothing happens and the XDA II screen also shows connected. How do I get the XDA II to start Active Syncing again? I have re-loaded the Active Sync 3.7 software but this has not changed anything. HELP !!!

Is your XDA2 on a "guest" or "standard" partnership? You might need to reinstall and make sure that you select a standard partnership. I had the same problem, but this seemed to fix it.
