Battery Warning FIX for 3970 - where to dl?

I had to clean my Ipaq and found that I can't find this fix anymore. Thought I had it backed up but...

Anyway, a quick search through the forums revealed it should be a cab file called MerlinBatteryFix or something. Unfortunately, none of the links I could dig up are still working.

Can anyone point me to a place where I can dl this (or another) fix for that annoying battery warning issue with the sleeve's battery?
