I need some advice as to what screen protectors to get. What's the best screen protectors to get for 2210/2215?

I'm also looking for a good flip-style leather-type case. Looking to get best bang for the buck and not be too expensive.

I remember having the fellowes screen protectors for my iPaq 3635, and you had to use a squeegee card to apply it, and I always ended up having air bubbles and stuff, it was annoying.

Anyone know of anything that is better than that ?

WriteSHIELDS (http://www.pocketpctechs.com/ws.asp) are awesome! I bought them a year ago (at least) and I'm still using my first one. The up front costs may seem a little high, but you get a heck of a lot of use out of each one! As far as cases go, I went the extra mile and bought a Vaja. Price is high, but worth it. I'm sure others can chime in about lower cost cases that they feel are great buys!

Thanks for the input. Can anyone point me to a good leather-type flip case on the cheap? :D

WriteShields - There are instructions on here somewhere for using a light mist of water on the screen (very light!) to install without bubbles. I just put some water on a paper towel and lightly wet the screen before install.

Sena case - Nice leather case, also allows you to hot sync your PDA while in the case. No need to remove it or use a cable if you prefer to use a cradle. Has space for holding 2 SD cards. Highly recommended!

Here (http://www.brighthand.com/article/Protect_Your_Screen) is a review of several screen protectors. I used the Brando screen protector on a Toshiba and on my 2215 and was very happy with it. I'm currently using the Boxwave and it's great. It's very durable and cuts the glare without making things too fuzzy or muting the colors.

I'm a big fan of the G2 Screen Protectors (http://www.pdascreenprotectors.com). They are extremely durable and exceptionally clear. I don't like the adhesive protectors much myself, so the G2 fits the bill really well. I used them on my Axim and now on my new 2215.

I bought the Sena case for the 2215 and have mixed feelings about it. I like the fact it can go in the cradle when in the case, but it doesn't do much for protection of the pda along the bottom edge. On the plus side it's very light, stylish and does protect the screen well. It was also a little cheaper than the Piel Frama case I used with my Axim. Overall though, I wish I had just bought a Piel Frama for my 2215.

I'm a G2 user as well on my 2215, I really like it, very durable, all the scratches would just buff away with this protector.

Although i still my use my HP case, my friend who also has a 2210 has a Rhinoskin case, and he swears by that case, I've held it and squeezed it, very durable as well.

I know you're after a leather case but I think the metal cases look better and are safer. I purchased this one from ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3093948542

I also purchased some screen protectors:

They seem to bubble up though so I haven't used them yet. Anyone know how to make them not bubble?

I think the only way is to drag a card over the protector, like a credit card, bank card etc...

This'll work the bubbles out to the side.

that metal case looks like a reasonable facsimile of the rhinoskin

I didn't really like the metal cases because way they open (like a book) doesn't seem very comfortable to use while it's in there, or very easy to take the Pocket PC out.

A cheaper solution too!
