Microsoft Money Sync

I have Microsoft Money Version 2.01 on my Pocket PC. I have Money 2002 on my Dell PC. For some reason I can't figure out how to sync the two systems. Please help! It's so frustrating.

I believe that you need Money 2002 on your Desktop to sync with Pocket Money 2002.
