Calgary HP Authorized Dealers

Does anyone know if there's a HP Authorized Dealer in Calgary? That I could send my pda in for service?

Hi bimmergirl,

I'm not aware of any dealers in Calgary that will service handhelds. Laptops, Dekstops, Printers, etc. are a different story. I have had to send my iPAQ in a few times over the years. I've always had to send the unit to HP Repair in Hull Quebec.

I should also say that I've had great service each time. I don't know the new HP number, but know that 1-800-OK-COMPAQ still works.

JR is correct, all iPaq PDAs must be returned to HP/Compaq for repair/servicing. This holds true with most of HP's lineup such as inkjet printers, scanners, PSC & Laptops. HP Desktops are for the most part serviced locally (there are some exceptions).
