Upgrade Pocketpc 2002 to 2003! It's possible?

It is possible to upgrade my operative system 2002 to 2003?
If not, why?

It depends on the type of device you have. You would need to get a new ROM image from the vendor. Some have provided updates for their devices and some haven't.

That makes it a little tougher to answer. It depends on who you bought the unit from. For example, the XDA is sold as the Siemens SX-56 by Rogers in Canada. They've provided a Windows 2003 update. Others haven't.
