Well I'm in needed of a good Pocket PC Chat program so I can participating in the Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show “LIVE CHAT ROOM” at www.computeroutlook.com/mobilechat any suggetions!

i assume that you are talking about irc.
so you can go for pocket chat since its free but it is written in basic so you have to install the runtimes
