In the past, I've had six Palm devices (starting with the original Palm Pilot 5000), and two Pocket PC devices. I've enjoyed all of them, and used them with my PC.

However, I've switched to a Mac now, and I'm also looking for a new PDA. I know everyone here's slightly biased towards Pocket PC's, which are great, but I'm looking for opinions on what PDA I should buy next. Here's my prerequisites:

1. At least 32mb RAM
2. Bluetooth
3. Under $300 (not including taxes and shipping etc..).
4. Easily usable with a Mac (OS X 10.3.3)

I know that the new Palm Zire 72 fits my needs perfectly, but I wanted to know if there was a Pocket PC equivilent, even without the camera (don't really needs on, but it's a nice feature).

Thanks for the help!

Check out the Dell Axims (http://www1.us.dell.com/content/products/category.aspx/pda?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs), and the HP iPAQs (http://www.shopping.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpdirect/shopping/scripts/generic_store/generic_subcategory_view.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1687235519.1084813892@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccchadclhkljigfcfngcfkmdflldfgf.0&landing=null&category=handhelds&subcat1=handhelds&catLevel=2&set_cookies=true). One of these may be to your liking :D .

Also, in case you were wondering, these are the programs that allow you to sync your Pocket PC with your Mac: PocketMac (http://www.pocketmac.net/) and Missing Sync (http://www.missingsync.com/). I personally use PocketMac, but you can get reviews of both products on this web site.

So remember to add in the cost of these programs to the total purchase price of your PDA.

I would suggest an iPAQ H1945, available for around $200 refurbished. A search on it should give you all the specs. Its one of the smallest Pocket PCs available.
