I have an HP iPAQ 4350 that I purchased in March and I have recently encountered a problem synching. Everything syncs except for "Files", which displays an error message stating "that one or more information types cannot be synchronized". I'm not able to display the error details. HP support suggested a hard reset or a reinstallation of Active Sync. I would like to find another solution rather than performing a hard reset and would appreciate any suggestions..
