i really miss a utility i had on my old palm (blahhh!) that used to store like 25+ clips (could be sentences, graphics, whatever) and let me paste them into any app i was currently in... do we know of any similar apps for PPC? basically i want to cut things from whatever app (like phone numbers, phrases, etc.) and paste them at a later time in another app - and have a bank of them stored

I've been looking for a similar utility. I use Clipboard Magic on my PC to do that, and something like that on the Pocket PC -- which is harder to use for data entry -- would be very useful.

I have found several clipboard helpers, but none that did exactly what I wanted. Here are the ones that I've found:

Biomobility CopyText Pro (http://www.biomobility.com/copytextpro.htm) -- $5, but only seems to allow pre-defined text (no automatic clipboard capture)

DeveloperOne AccessPanel (http://www.developerone.com/accesspanel/index.htm) -- $15, but only seems to allow pre-defined text (no automatic clipboard capture)

PHM Clipboard Pane Power Toy (http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/PowerToys#PHMCBSIP) -- Free, but seems to lose data if you switch input methods.

Ruksun Snippet Force (http://www.ruksun.com/mobile_computing/windowsce/Products/SnippetForce/index.html) -- Free, but is for the Palm-Sized PC; I don't know if it works with Pocket PCs.

For the programs that require pre-defined text, you could probably create a new entry when you copy something, paste the text in the entry (if they allow pasting text there), then use that entry later.

yeah none of these seem all that great... i would like it to monitor the clipboard and grab everything i cut or copy and just store it for fugture use w/o any action...

ugh! would be SOOOO useful.
