Problem sync mNotes and Outlook

Can anyone help here:
At work I use Lotus Notes and sync with my HP 2210. No problem.

At home my calendar items from Notes will not sync with Outlook, when there is one or more person included in the calendar items.

If I chose to remove the meeting attended (person) included in a calendar item, It will sync with Outlook!
Do anyone know a solution to this problem

Mine appear on the Outlook calendar, but give me an unresolved item. I can't explain it. The "solution" so far for me is to leave this meeting with attendees unresolved. Or you can relate it to a valid Outlook address (if it's not too many attendees!). I emailed Commontime some time ago about this and if I remember, correctly Outlook is trying to match up "LNotes" attendees to your Outlook ones. An LNotes address at work might be john_smith/dept/etc. while Outlook might have [email protected]. If you've downloaded the work LNotes address book, then you got me. The funny thing is that I didn't have any problems with this or anything with mNotes until the 3.06 release. See what commontime has to say as they are aware of the issue.
