I have a Ipaq 1910 that I regularly connect to my Work PC and sync with Outlook. I now have the problem that if I include mail into the sync it fails and drops the connection (USB). I have deleted all the emails from my Ipaq mail folder but still no luck in syncing. I have noticed that in the Pocket Outlook Inbox it says that I have -1 unread.

From this I assume that I have a corrupted database. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks for any help
Anthony

I have a similar problem, Avantgo will drop my Bluetooth connection halfway through. It's fine in the cradle though :?

No luck as yet fixing this problem. I did install PHM power toys and used the Database viewer to clear the MailActiveSync database, but no luck.

The next step would be to delete the database but I do not know if the software would recreate it or not. Any Suggestions?

Also the database viewer is showing lots of other databases named like "fldra001234". They all start with fldra but the numbers are different. they do not have any entries in them. Can these be safely deleted?

Thanks

Do a backup first! I don't think the database will be recreated. I seem to remember doing something similar and being amazed that when I soft reset and tried to use the database, that it wasn't recreated "on the fly".

But I know, it wasn't the same issue, and it wasn't the same database, so you may want to give it a try...
