Its been nearly WHOLE WEEK since the supposed deadline of 30th April when hp assured me I would receive my music pack, and I STILL have no received it. I've pretty much given up hope, a recent stinging e-mail will probably do nothing. I'm not the type of person to bother too much about customer service and the like, but this is just disgraceful :-(. hp should be ashamed of themselves. Anyway, I don't think any of you would like to hear anymore of my grumbling. So, why not share your bad experiences with a certain consumer electronics manufacturer with the initials H.P.
