45 Mins Video Help???

Ok Ok Ok i confess i love enterprise and i am wanting to no what is the best thing for compressing my massive 450mb file down to at least a 50mb file or something like that. Whats the best programe i can use?????

I use VirtualDUB and convert files to a DivX format... but I am not sure you can get it down to 50mb with reasonable quality... I guess I will have to maybe test this weeks episode if I have time.
