My e740 discharged. I am trying to get the data back on it from my PC. However activsync keeps recognizing it as a guest. What do I do? Thanks

What I had done is saved my info on a flash card and restored it from there. After I did this, the computer recognized my unit again and I didn't have to register as a 'guest'. Click cancel when it asks you to register as a guest though I believe it will do so anyway. Then, restore your device using your backup card. Replace the unit in the craddle and it should recognize your toshiba. Then, use Activesync.
