I'm sorta surprised that I haven't seen anyone else mention this just yet, but I ran across this Thursday night, and bought it Friday because I liked it so much :)
It's called Concentrix and is similiar to Bejeweled, with the same rules of matching three like colored items that will then disappear, only to be replaced by new ones. The playing field is a circle, with new pieces starting in the middle and moving outward. It has eight different games based on this model, and is $9.95, which is pretty reasonable to me for all eight versions.
It can be found at either http://www.scalenesoftware.com/ or Handango.
Also, here's a link to a review of it by PDA Buyer's guide, they liked it as well. http://www.pdabuyersguide.com/games/concentrix.htm
And no, I am not affiliated with the company in any way, shape or form, I just really liked the game and couldn't believe no one else had recommended it yet.
