I recently download a rom for ipaq and upgraded it from pocket pc 2002 to 2003. Everything works fine except the clock is always slow. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

Where do you download a Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade? As far as I know, they aren't available for downloading.

As for the clock, how slow is it? If it's exactly one hour different, it's likely your Pocket PC and the computer you sync with have Daylight Saving Time set differently.

HP (http://www.hp.com/sbso/special/ppc_upgrade.html) charged about $30 U.S. for the upgrade, and I don't recall them making it downloadable. Did you pay for the upgrade? If not, you probably are using an illegal copy and won't get any help here.

Oh, you were talking about the processor clock running slow, not the real-time clock. I've never heard anything about the upgrade lowering the processor speed.

You're talking about this ROM update (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9142). It's only for 39xx units, and for "legal" ROM updates.
