IPAQ 4155 clicking sound noise with POCKET MUSIC

When I play mp3s on Pocket Music, and maybe other programs, it sounds like its playing from an old record player. With static sounds and clicks. Is there a msuci codec I should install? or is this normal?

They should sound very clean. What is the source of your MP3s? Does WMP play them cleaner? Do you have programs running in the background?
