First off - excuse me if someone has already asked this a while back:

If I want to use WM2003 Second Edition, do I first have to buy the WM2003 CD from HP? I have Pocket PC 2002 on my 3975 now.

Is an upgrade expected for the 3975 at all?

No one knows for sure whether HP will provide upgrades for their Pocket PCs yet. We've heard nothing but rumours so far. If they do decide to provide an upgrade it will be up to them to decide whether they're going to charge us for it. In the past we had to pay around $30 USD I believe.
