I've been pretty annoyed that PPC2003 has no support for Blutooth keyboards. I know everyone is *assuming* that this will be fixed in PPC2003SE, but I'm wondering if anyone seen any media reports that support that.

I'm not sure if Microsoft is planning on addressing that directly, but ThinkOutside, the makers of the famous Stowaway keyboard, will be introducing a bluetooth keyboard within a couple months. This will come with "open drivers" that any manufacturer can choose to include with their devices.
So it's possible Microsoft or the manufacturers may choose to bundle this driver with the new devices.

That would be great. I hadn't been thinking about third-party solutions. Obviously it would be best if PPC2003SE natively supports the HID profile, but if MS drops the ball and third parties pick up the slack then that would work just as well for me.
I'm jsut sick of buying "disposable" keyboards. The physical connector units always only work on one PPC and I get a new one each hardware generation. The infrared PocketTop one I bought was so goofy, "line of sight sensitive", and just generally unreliable that I was completely turned off on infrared solutions.
