i'm was looking around for a case for my ipaq55xx and stumbled accross one of these - NeuNeo PowerPocket Battery Wallet.
http://www.neodigits.com/shtmls/wal...et_2800_1.shtml
has anyone got/used one - any thoughts - any problems?
i was thinking of getting one and then putting in a 1 gig compact flash card if i get one of the these wallets.
if anyone can recommend something better i would greatly appreciate it.
thanks.

Hi
I have one of these battery / cases
Delivery was from China took 4 days door to door and that was over a weekend too.
Extends battery life no end, have not really trashed it yet due to Wifi problems ( about to post them, hopefully somebody can help )
But when I did have Wifi working, less than 10% battery was used from the case for 1 hr continous Wifi with low brightness.
I am hoping to do a full day Wifi usage test over the weekend, I am pretty sure I will get a full day of continous use out of it.
Just bought one myself.
Excellent service - quick delivery - good tracking & comms.
I'm very pleased with it so far.
It comes in 2 capacities - 1800mAH & 2800mAH.
I ordered the 2800 version but have no way of telling if that is what I have - it seems to kinda double my reported battery life, but I have not really tested the thing out on the road.
Cheers

How thick is the case since the battery is built-in.

with ipaq in 135mm x 87mm x 35mm
sort of like carrying a well stuff filofax in terms of thickness but well within the size / weight to carry in your pockets

Oops that was mean't to be 20% not 10%
Have not done a proper test yet, so this is just approx

Continous web video stream over wifi
Brightness at 30 %
Volume low
backlight always on
Battery down from 98% to 20 % in 2:20, so probably get just under 3 hrs for continous wifi / media player
Internal battery went down approx 5% during the test

Continously on test
No Wifi or Bluetooth
Backlight always on , no power off, brightness at 30%
After 8 Hours on
External case battery down to 20%
Internal battery down to 74%
Looks like internal battery starts getting used after 1st low battery warning which happened around 6 hours / 30 % remaining
Once battery falls to less <= 20 % waning message states battery level critical, battery pack no longer in use ( seems like a waste of good battery power to be cut off at this level )
Re-charging best done overnight at least 4-5 hours
Hope info is of use to someone
