ultraedit type programs? &&|| alternatives to wisbar.

Hey, i am looking for straight cut text editors that offer syntax highlighting for common file types (html,java,c,php,perl...etc..etc.)

Also, WiSbarAdvance is 'ok'... are there any other wisbar like applications out there that let you skin and change the top and bottom bars of WM2003?
