I need help my ipaq 5550 screen seems to be stupid it does not obey my tappin in the lower part of screen the last 1,5 cm of screen aren't obeying my taping and i am trying all that y can .

Just to be precise, you mean recalibrate, which can be done via the Screen option in Control Panel. ;) However, there's a non-zero chance the touch layer on the screen is defective. :|

As a last ditch effort: hard reset your device (back it up first). Odds are that support will ask you to do this anyway!
