If you check the Hot Deals forum on FatWallet.com you can semi-regularly find 512 MB cards for $75-$90, and 1 GB cards for $160-$175.

Theres always the MuVo2's 4gb CF Microdrive!
usually selling for $200 crack open the MuVo2 mp3 player and take out the microdrive, and you got just what youd pay at least 2x as much for w/o the still functionable mp3 player!!
